Kindly read the instructions given below very carefully :

1) Fill the form in capital letters only.
2) Payment will be made ONLINE.
3) Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount
4) In case of single parent, the entire information of the parent is to be repeated in both the columns.
5) Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.
6) Last date of online submission of Registration form is Saturday, 27th December 2025.
7) After registering your Mobile No, please wait for 5 minutes to receive the password.
8) If payment process is not completed successfully due to any reason, proceed again using the same Mobile No. & password.
9) Kindly keep the photographs in SOFT copy ready for uploading while filling the form. (Applicant’s, father’s and mother’s photograph). The size of the photograph should not exceed 20 KB.

Documents required at the time of admission:

(i) Birth Certificate (Authorized by Municipal Cooperation, no affidavit will be accepted)
(ii) Residence Proof (Any one): (Electricity Bill/MTNL Landline Bill/Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card/Passport)
(iii) ID Proof of both the parents (PAN Card is mandatory): (PAN Card/Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card/Driving License/Passport)
(iv) Father's and Mother’s Educational Qualification Proof. (Last).
(v) Medical Fitness Certificate.
(vi) Copy of Immunization Card.
(vii) Proof of Sibling. (if applicable)
(viii) Proof of Alumni. (if applicable)
(ix) Copy of Aadhar Card of the child and parent.
(x) Printout of the Registration Form
